The Alocasia is also known as Elephant Ear plants, known for their large heart shaped leaves.It's ornamental and vintage vibe has made it a popular houseplant choice. It thrives in bright conditions and loves to be keep moist and warm - avoid overwatering as this may lead to root rot as with all plants. A pure jungle species which loves temperatures in the range of 64 - 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Most households are within this ideal temperature range so it is relatively easy for Allocasia to thrive and grow in the home.
